Revive the roof you already have

Most aging commercial roofs don't need to be torn off. When the structure underneath is still sound, a high-quality restoration coating can bring the roof back to life.

Our core service

Roof Restoration & Coatings

As an Approved American WeatherStar Contractor, we clean, repair, and coat older commercial roofs with American WeatherStar coating systems, including silicone and acrylic coatings. The result is a seamless, weather-resistant surface over your existing roof, without a tear-off.

See how roof restoration works
  • Seals leaks and worn areas with a seamless coating
  • The existing roof stays in place, with little tear-off waste
  • Your building can usually stay open during the work
  • Works on many metal and single-ply roofs, after inspection

Why revive instead of replace?

Many commercial roofs that look worn out still have a solid structure underneath. When the roof deck and most of the existing roof are still sound, restoring it can renew the surface and seal it against water, without the cost and mess of a full tear-off.

  • Less disruption. Work happens on top of the existing roof, so your building can usually stay open.
  • Less tear-off waste. The old roof stays in place instead of going to the landfill.
  • Often lower cost than replacement. You aren't paying to remove and haul away the old roof.
  • A sealed, reflective surface. Many restoration coatings and single-ply membranes are light-colored and reflect sunlight.

Not every roof is a good fit for a coating. A roof with widespread trapped moisture or structural damage may need repairs or a new TPO or PVC membrane instead. The inspection tells you which option makes sense.
